The Multilayer Parking System can either be installed underground or outdoors. It is usually appropriate for large parking systems. Approximately 60 to 70 cars can be accommodated per lift.

CART PARKING SYSTEM

The Multilayer Parking System can either be installed underground or outdoors. It is usually appropriate for large parking systems. Approximately 60 to 70 cars can be accommodated per lift. The capacity can be adjusted according to the number of levels and rows. The multi-parking system is classified according to the type of lifting method applied, as follows: transverse type, longitudinal type, hydraulic type, and wire rope type. It can also be categorized into the built-in turntable and external turntable type. The built-in turntable is located inside the lift while the external turntable is located at the entry area. The built-in turntable type of parking is recommended because it is provides more.

Features

  • Our parking structures feature lifts and carts that are operated independently. Since the cart enables the car to retreat from the parking room during the up/down process, the in-out time for large parking systems is significantly reduced.
  • The direction of the entry in built-in turntable parking can also be adjusted freely.

Functions

  • Main lift: enables up/down lifting to each floor of the M/C room with the car loaded at the entry module and transports the car on the cart.
  • Cart: travels along the corridor of the M/C room of each floor to transport the car to the parking room.
  • Turntable: changes the car direction along the entry module for the convenience of the driver. The built-in turntable is installed in the lift.
  • Pallet: The pallet is the plate that supports the car. It is classified according to the size of the plate and the driving method.

  • As shown in the above figure, the Cart Parking System is mainly classified into two types: the longitudinal type and the transverse type.
  • The figure on the left shows the longitudinal type, in which the car enters either backward or forward, while the figure on the right shows the transverse type, in which the car enters from the side. We can arrange the appropriate parking system depending on the site situation.

Lifting Type

Hydraulic Type

A hydraulic cylinder is used to operate this type of lift. Due to the limited length of the cylinder, however, the hydraulic type of lift is limited in terms of height. It is generally appropriate for the parking systems with less than four levels. The hydraulic type of lift requires less pit area and no balance weight, and features a quiet and stable operation.

Wire rope type

The wire rope type of lift provides fast operations and features an extended elevation height that is taller than that of the hydraulic type. It is suitable for parking systems with more than four levels. However, this system requires more pit area than the hydraulic type since the balance weight should be secured
